This document establishes the General terms and conditions of sale and use of the Ai Bot Romania service. It defines the rights and obligations of Orange Romania and the Users regarding the use of the Ai Bot Romania service.
These Terms are provided in English.
These Terms are brought to the attention of Users at any time within mobile applications, by accessing the "I have read and accept the terms of use" option, available on the login page of the Application.
On the iabot.ro website, these Terms are accessible via the "I have read and accept the terms of use" link, available on the website's login page.
The use of the Ai Bot Romania service implies the User's full and unconditional acceptance of these Conditions.
Orange Romania reserves the right to modify the Ai Bot Romania service and/or the content of these Conditions at any time.
Customers who access the Service under a Subscription or a Package will be informed of such changes at least thirty (30) days before they enter into force, unless the changes are imposed by a mandatory legal provision or a court decision, in which case they will enter into force immediately.
Any customer who refuses the new conditions must cease access to the Service in accordance with the conditions set out in this document.
A Customer who has not terminated their subscription or Package after the expiry of the aforementioned period shall be irrevocably deemed to have accepted the respective changes.
Registration for the Ai Bot Romania service and creation of a User Account
Accessing and using the Ai Bot Romania service assumes that the User has previously read and accepted, without reservation, these Terms of use.
When a user subscribes, Ai Bot Romania automatically creates a user account using their phone number. During the registration and User Account creation process, the User will receive an SMS to activate the User Account and acknowledges authorizing the use of this data by Orange Romania for the purpose of creating and managing the User Account.
In all cases and regardless of how the User registers for the Ai Bot Romania service, they guarantee that the information provided, directly or indirectly, is accurate, up-to-date, and complete. Also, the User undertakes to update the information provided in their User Account as soon as it changes, to ensure the accuracy of the information.
In all registration cases, the user account is strictly personal and cannot be used, directly or indirectly, by a third party.
The User acknowledges that Orange Romania reserves the right to suspend or withdraw their access to the Service in case of non-compliance with the registration conditions, in particular if they provide false, fictitious, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data or if the respective account is used by a third party.
Under no circumstances can Orange Romania be held liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided by the User at their own risk.
Access to the Ai Bot Romania service
The service can be accessed via the following address: https://iabot.ro.
The Ai Bot Orange Romania service is accessible without interruption, subject to internet network availability. The User is also informed that the Ai Bot Romania service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or repair purposes.
Orange Romania nevertheless reserves the right, in cases of urgent necessity, to temporarily suspend access, without prior notice or compensation, and cannot be held liable for any damages of any kind that may result from this suspension.
Purchased credits that could not be used as a result of such a suspension will be refunded to their holder.
Orange Romania makes every effort to provide the available tools to the Users of the Ai Bot Romania service.
Orange Romania cannot be held liable, under any circumstances, for the access speed to the Ai Bot Romania service, access to data within the Ai Bot Romania service, downloads, or for the suspension or temporary unavailability of access.
The User is solely responsible for their technical equipment and its compatibility with the Ai Bot Romania service. The User must protect themselves against possible intrusions or viruses by using standard means of protection (firewall, antivirus, etc.), which are not the responsibility of Orange Romania.
Orange Romania cannot be held liable if the content or any hyperlinks to other websites violate the rights of third parties or, in general, applicable legal or regulatory provisions.
In the absence of proof to the contrary, the data recorded by the Ai Bot Romania service constitutes proof of all transactions carried out between the Ai Bot Romania service and the User.
The transaction history can be consulted in the personal space of the Orange Romania User Account.
Orange Romania reserves the right to modify the conditions of use of the Ai Bot Romania service and/or its offers.
Any modification regarding the conditions of provision of the Service and/or Offers, in particular those relating to rates, will be brought to the attention of Users with a notice period of sixty (60) days.
Any termination of the Ai Bot service will be announced to Users with a notice period of thirty (30) days.
Any modification and/or termination of the Ai Bot service or offers, made under the conditions mentioned above, will not in any case trigger the liability of Orange Romania.
These Conditions are governed by Romanian law.
